1. About PrepExpress

PrepExpress (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) is an online preparation platform for the CAT and allied management entrance exams, offering practice questions, sectional tests, full-length mock tests, analytics and video lessons. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Accounts are personal. Sharing one account between multiple people, or reselling access, is not permitted.
  • We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, scraping, redistribution of content, or payment fraud.

3. Subscription & payments

  • CAT Premium is a one-time payment of ₹399 that unlocks the full platform for 365 days from the date of purchase. It does not auto-renew and you will not be charged again automatically.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details on our servers.
  • All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable. Because every purchase unlocks the complete content library — mocks, question bank, books and videos — immediately and in full, we do not offer refunds, cancellations or partial credit once a payment has succeeded. Please use the free account to try the platform before you buy.
  • The one exception is a payment that fails to deliver what it paid for: a duplicate charge, or a payment that succeeded without unlocking your purchase. Contact us via our Contact & Supportpage and we'll resolve it.

4. Content & intellectual property

  • All questions, solutions, tests, videos and books on the platform are the intellectual property of PrepExpress or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial preparation only.
  • Copying, scraping, recording, redistributing or publishing platform content — including in Telegram/WhatsApp groups — is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

5. No guarantee of results

We build the best preparation tools we can, but exam outcomes depend on many factors. Percentile estimates, difficulty benchmarks and analytics shown on the platform are study aids, not predictions or guarantees of your actual CAT result.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control (hosting, network outages) may cause temporary downtime.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
